Trade programs are geared to commercial push towards sales networks, distributors, wholesalers and dealerships and develop performance and motivation for the company.

Activities and communications are proposed that, through business performance and play performance, help companies and clients increase their efficiency and motivation of sales networks and commercial distribution, both direct and indirect.

For example, they grant each other discounts, bonuses and other incentives for trade in order to reach certain sales volumes.  This way, the resellers are encouraged to purchase greater volumes of products from the company and to give them greater visibility in reaching their expected sales goals.

With this objective, activities are suggested that, from the initial briefing analysis to the reporting phase, optimize each step of the project guaranteeing a result in line with the predetermined goals.

Incentive travels

Motivational tool of extraordinary value that in the second step, can also reach team building goals, when participants share the same trip.

The incentive trip is considered one of the best company strategy vehicles that allows for:

  • Motivating the target (Sales Strength, Clients, etc.)
  • Guiding sales to desired periods or products
  • Creating loyalty


Incentive trips are generally vacations that vary in length from a long weekend to one week and are gifted by the company to:

  • its own employees, whenever they meet performance goals or obtain outstanding results or more simply as motivation to enhance brand awareness.
  • its clients, as a marketing tool to create loyalty or guide sales


Ford Performance Club was an incentive program dedicated to over 900 dealerships and mechanic shops authorized in the “Ford Service” network organized from 2017 to 2019.


This was the process of the Ford Performance Club program:

1. Mechanic shops and dealerships accumulate points (revenue and gaming)

2. Placings and points are managed through the portal

3. The first 90 who place win a trip


Specifically, in 2018, the trip destination was the island of Kos in Greece, with an activity focused on sailing.  The trip was aimed at the top 90 Ford clients (authorized dealerships and mechanic shops), 180 people total.


Sailing Regatta Sailing Challenge

This training and encouragement activity saw several eliminatory regatta sessions in which 6 crews went up against each other every time.  The first six crews that placed challenged each other in a final fleet regatta to determine the winner of the Ford Performance Cup.
